    About Dana S. Gloor

    Dana was a commercial litigator for approximately 30 years. She now uses her experience and knowledge to help clients avoid or manage litigation and regulatory issues and to help parties resolve their disputes.

    Dana provides guidance, training, education and counsel to broker-dealers, investment advisers, and their representatives, relating to compliance with the federal securities laws, SEC regulations, FINRA Rules, and the securities laws of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

    Dana is an Arbitrator on the national Commercial Arbitration Panel and the national Consumer Arbitration Panel of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and is available to conduct private arbitrations.

    She serves as a neutral arbitrator in a wide variety of commercial and consumer matters, including contract disputes, consumer statutory claims, claims alleging misrepresentation and omission, breach of fiduciary duty, margin and promissory note collections, violation of suitability rules, recruitment and raiding issues, breach of non-solicitation or non-competition covenants, indemnification, statutory violations, and employment issues including claims for injunctive relief.

    Dana also assists litigation counsel to evaluate their cases for settlement (early neutral evaluation) and provides mock trials or arbitrations so that counsel can practice and receive feedback on their advocacy.

    Dana is a trained mediator and is available to mediate commercial and consumer matters, including securities disputes and FINRA arbitrations.
    She is a frequent speaker for companies, and bar and professional organizations.
